——The HR department of the group organizes training for all employees of the functional center of the headquarters

On Sep 1st, 2021, General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech on the opening ceremony of young and middle-aged cadres in the Central Party school.

After studying the contents of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech, Zhou Yunjie, Chairman of ORG, called on all senior managers in the group to thoroughly study the spirit of speech and always maintain the correct belief, firm stand and spirit of struggle. In order to better implement and learn the content of the speech, the HR department of ORG group specially launched the action of learning important speeches within the scope of middle and senior managers of the whole group, and launched the "Essay Solicitation of Learning Experience" activity.

On the afternoon of October 12, the HR department of the group organized all managers in the group headquarters to carry out on-site learning and exchange activities in the form of video and on-site interaction at the venues of Huairou and Huabin.

The learning and exchange activity was presided over by Chen Ying, general manager of the group's personnel administration center, with a total of 75 participants including Wang Dong, director and deputy general manager, Zhang Shaojun, deputy general manager, Gao Shujun, Secretary of the board of directors, deputy general manager, Gao libing, deputy general manager of the financial management center, and employees of various departments.

At the activity scene, General Secretary Xi's speech video was played again to review the content of the speech and deeply understand the core idea of the speech. The participants also combined their own work in ORG, growth experience and profound learning and experience of the speech content to form their personal learning experience and share it with all participants. They spoke enthusiastically and the atmosphere was warm.

The speeches of the participants not only spoke highly of the high recognition and deep understanding of general secretary Xi Jinping's important speech, but also expressed their feelings and devotion to the company. Combined with ORG's corporate culture and personal responsibilities, they showed their determination to enhance their own learning, enhance their ability and do a solid job well.

This learning and training is a good opportunity to learn from each other and make common progress. Participants not only experienced ideological baptism and sublimation, but also completed an exchange and improvement of learning methods and work attitude.
