Recently, Wu Jian, Xu Wencai, Zhang Li and Shang, independent directors of Org Technology Co., Ltd., visited ORG’s Guangdong factory. Gao Shujun, Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the board of directors of the company, Chen Zhongge, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of three-piece can business division, and Li Wei, General Manager of Guangdong ORG, accompanied the visitors.

This time, the focus of the independent directors’ visit to Guangdong factory was mainly to visit, investigate and guide the production bases of Foshan three-piece can factory and Zhaoqing two-piece can factory, so as to deeply and comprehensively understand the company’s regional business status in Guangdong and the overall production and operation of main products.

During the visit to Foshan, the independent directors visited the exhibition hall of Foshan three-piece can factory and learned more about the development and application of three-piece can and ORG’s achievements in the research and development field of three-piece can.

In the product exhibition area, the unique and different shapes of special-shaped cans attracted the attention of independent directors. Then in the can making workshop, the independent directors learned about the three-piece can production process in detail, and highly affirmed the achievements of ORG in product R & D and application.

After that, the independent directors learned about the history of Foshan factory from its establishment to its development. During the visit to the customer filling plant, the independent directors had a very in-depth understanding of the “factory in factory” type “intimate” service and the innovative cooperation mode of rapid response to market response between ORG and Red Bull, and unanimously expressed that they were looking forward to more “factory in factory” brand cooperation.

After visiting Foshan three-piece can factory, the independent directors and their party came to Zhaoqing two-piece can factory and participated in the research meeting held by the factory for independent directors. At the meeting, the independent directors listened to the introduction of the basic situation of Zhaoqing factory, as well as the main work and achievements in recent years, and learned in detail the production and sales from January to September this year, as well as the next development ideas and work arrangements of Zhaoqing factory.

Later, the independent directors visited the two-piece can workshop closely to understand the development and production process of the two-piece can business. Through the visit, the independent directors had a further understanding of the strong annual production capacity of the two-piece can in Zhaoqing factory.

The visit of ORG’s independent director to Guangdong factory fulfilled the independent, fair and diligent duties of the independent director. On the basis of field investigation, they fully understood the current situation and production and operation of ORG’s Guangdong business, and fully affirmed the development and achievements of ORG’s Foshan and Zhaoqing factories. For the future development of ORG, the independent directors said that they would continue to use their professional knowledge and successful experience to provide more constructive opinions for org, give full play to the role of independent directors, ensure the objective, fair and independent operation of the company's board of directors, and effectively safeguard the overall interests of the company and the legitimate rights and interests of minority shareholders.
