In March 2022, ORG technology Co., Ltd. carried out the “continuous improvement” special training activities in various business divisions and subsidiaries. The purpose of continuous improvement projects is to improve the personal ability of employees, form a cultural atmosphere of maintaining continuous improvement at work, and promote the long-term development of the company’s career.

This special training is in charge of Ren Jianguo, the director of the company’s quality management center. All the courseware is customized according to the specific situation of ORG after visiting and investigating by Ren Jianguo.

At the beginning of March, under the organization of the company’s human resources department, the first wave of continuous improvement special training - the training in Zhejiang area was successfully completed. Ding Shaozhou, Director of Shangyu Branch, Song Chunhai, Deputy General Manager of Shaoxing Company, and Lv Jieyao, Director of Zhejiang Company, together with the employees, listened carefully to the training courses carefully prepared by Mr. Ren.

“Continuous improvement is a process of constantly challenging the status quo and striving to find sustainable solutions.” Mr. Ren started the first day of training earnestly. With the elaborate PPT, Mr. Ren gave a detailed explanation of “operation improvement”, “eight major wastes” and “new 5W1H” in two days. Mr. Ren also gave a detailed introduction and elaboration on the “DMAIC tools”, “PDCA+F”, and SPC (process control) that can be actually used in specific work, which are particularly useful for employees to carry out their work in the future. Especially the key DMAIC tool, through the professional explanation and practical case application analysis on the five aspects of definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control, the colleagues who participated in the training said that mastering the DMAIC tool is very helpful for improving personal work ability and will be helpful to promote continuous improvement of the work.

During the two-day training, Mr. Ren’s lectures were not only full of content, but also designed interactive project discussion sessions and quizzes to test learning outcomes. People who participated in the training inspired each other and shared their learning experiences in the exchange and discussion, and the quizzes all achieved very good results. Everyone said, “the training is very rewarding. I hope that such training will be repeated in the future. Only by continuous improvement can we do our job better.”

In the previous training in Chengdu, Lectures of Mr. Ren also made the colleagues involved in the training enthusiastic and energetic, and the atmosphere of the training site was very warm.

In the Analects of Confucius, it is said: if a worker wants to do good work, he must first sharpen his tools. In order to do any job well, in addition to the love for the job, it also requires more and higher-skilled knowledge reserves. Only by mastering advanced and practical methods and possessing the motivation for self-improvement can we achieve the final result of continuous improvement, quality and efficiency.

The “continuous improvement” training organized by the Group is to give employees a “sharp weapon” to “do good things” and help employees improve their abilities.
