Continuous improvement | Lay a solid foundation to improve quality and efficiency-Continuous improvement training of Group ended successfully

Beginning in March 2022, in order to enhance the personal ability of employees, form a continuous improvement culture atmosphere, and promote the long-term development of continuous improvement work, the group specially launched a “continuous improvement” training program. As of April 2022, through face-to-face and online training, relevant business departments and subsidiaries have all completed the training, and the continuous improvement project has been successfully completed in stages and achieved satisfactory results.

This continuous improvement training was organized by the human resources department of the group, and the group consultant and director of the quality management center Mr. Ren served as the lecturer. A total of 4 online trainings and 2 offline trainings were conducted, and a total of 426 people from 30 units participated in the training. The training objects include factory directors of various units and relevant employees of production, technology, equipment, quality control, storage and transportation and other departments.

Because of the epidemic, the training was carried out in various places in the form of a combination of face-to-face and online. The training content covers operation improvement, waste elimination, DMAIC and other professional content modules. The training content carefully prepared by Mr. Ren not only outputs professional theoretical knowledge, but also has a very strong guiding role for practical operation. Regardless of face-to-face or online training, the trainees who participated in the training said that they have benefited a lot.

Through this continuous improvement training, first of all, the trainees systematically learned many improvement tools, and better application in work can effectively improve efficiency. Under the guidance of professional theory, it is also possible to broaden the angle of analysis and thinking about the problems encountered in the work, so as to deal with the difficulties encountered in the work more calmly and find better solutions.

Secondly, Mr. Ren adopts a combination of theory and practical cases in his teaching, and the course explanation is easy to understand. It not only helps students better understand and use tools, but guides each student to think deeply about how to be an excellent employee and manager.

At the same time, through the continuous improvement training, the trainees learned new management concepts, improved their work and management level, and also helped to form a continuous improvement culture within the enterprise and realize the original intention of continuous improvement training.

After the training, the human resources department of the group organized all the trainees to do a knowledge assessment, 11% of them got full marks, and 68% got more than 90 points. Through the assessment, it is proved that employees have a solid grasp of knowledge. The participants’ satisfaction with the training also reached 9.5 points (out of 10 points), and the training achieved the expected results.

Continuous improvement is continuous improvement and improvement. It is aimed at the enterprise development strategy, and promotes the enterprise’s spiral upward and rapid and stable development through the management method of all-staff promotion and full-staff participation. After the successful completion of this “continuous improvement” training project, all units will apply the knowledge learned in practice, insist on continuous improvement and continuous improvement in practical work, and look forward to all units through training to achieve fruitful results in future practical work.
