Bidding farewell to the Year of Tiger, we usher in the Year of Hare.

Bidding farewell to the extraordinary 2022, we face a new journey. What kind of mentality should we adopt to meet the career of the next 10 years or even a longer period?

My answer is “ceaseless in fighting”.

ORG is one of the most typical enterprises in the development of China’s manufacturing industry. We have been doing the “seemingly ordinary and most extraordinary business, but becoming as easy as it is difficult”. Since the end of 1994, several generations of ORG people have adhered to the creed of “packaging famous brands, and creating a famous packaging brand”, worked hard and worked hard to achieve the leading position in the domestic metal packaging industry in 28 years.

In the past few years, we have also shouted the slogan of “second entrepreneurship”, actively embraced the new historical opportunities of China’s big health and big consumption undertakings, created the “second growth curve” with science and technology and green as the core, and opened up a new historical chapter in the high-quality development of ORG.

After three years’ fighting against the COVID-19, we, as a veteran in the big health and big consumption industry, gain a profound feeling of the ups and downs in the market.

After the economic and social order is restored, the profound changes from the consumer terminals are bound to bring about the subversive changes in the big health and big consumption industries.

In the past year, we have worked hard to prepare for the construction of the headquarters base of Origen Huairou Science City, which is not only to show our confidence in the booming development of the big health and big consumption industry in the future.

ORG’s headquarters base in Huairou Science City will serve as the “central kitchen” for ORG’s re-establishment and assume a series of new responsibilities such as ORG’s creative center, research and development center, and testing center.

In the past year, ORG further optimized the industrial layout and capacity structure through new production lines, capacity allocation, equipment upgrading, etc., and built a new service pattern around customers. With the headquarters base of Huairou Science City as the center, it radiates to more than 40 subsidiaries in Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Shandong, Zhejiang, Guizhou, Fujian and other provinces, cities and autonomous regions, forming the industrial network of ORG’s geographical layout.

In the traditional metal packaging business, we constantly consolidate our advantages and have the operating system of food-grade metal packaging cans with the widest range of products and the largest production scale in the country; In the field of two-piece cans, ORG has built 10 factories nationwide in 10 years, producing more than 60 billion cans in total, forming an annual production capacity of 14.24 billion cans.

During the epidemic, these data were interpreted as “expansion against the trend”. In the whole development strategy framework of ORG, this is actually the efforts of ORG people to continuously promote the market and rebuild confidence.

ORG promotes the construction of market confidence by rebuilding its service system. In the three years of fighting against the COVID-19, the ORG people have never forgotten their original intention and worked hard.

Centering on the newly established ORG Creative Center, R&D Center and Testing Center, the company has constantly strengthened the service capacity of one-stop butler in product design, packaging and manufacturing, filling service, marketing service and brand management.

In the past year, our Auxerre football team has successfully returned to the French top league. This is the small goal we set when we joined the old team six years ago, and it has also become the best gift of time to ORG. In the youth training, Auxerre will fully serve the vigorous development of China's football industry; in the aspect of sports marketing, the new service ecology of ORG sports marketing also adds another link.

Why do we need to do so much?

The changing demand and the changing market will bring about changes in industrial logic.

For the former, the rise of domestic products, the rise of safety and health demand, and the change of channel pattern have brought significant industry variables; for the latter, changes in the brand development model and the composition of the industrial chain will bring greater and deeper variable factors to the industry.

In the process of market restructuring, we need to show more real skills and hard currency.

Whether in the creative link, in the R&D, production, filling and testing links, or in the auxiliary marketing and brand management links, ORG strives to continuously forge its core advantages. In the past year, ORG was once again listed in the top 500 private enterprises in China's manufacturing industry in 2022, won the first place in metal packaging of China’s top 100 packaging enterprises in 2021, and won the fourth place in the honor list of China’s top 100 packaging enterprises. The corporate brand of “ORG” and the product brand of “OGS coated iron” have passed the recognition of double excellence.

Hard work finally paid off. In the past year, a large number of ORG people have surged forward, bucked the trend, and made great achievements. Many colleagues have taken back the industry awards and customer awards. Because of this spirit, the company has always been the best supplier for brand customers.

Little effort will accumulate to become big ones, and we will move forward. ORG’s core technology has gradually attracted more and more attention. ORG has obtained more than 40 authorized patents, including 17 invention patents, one of which won the 17th China Patent Excellence Award, and has led the formulation of the relevant standards of the national “coated iron and aluminum for food containers”.

These are the affirmation of all the staff of ORG to work hard and unswervingly, and the high recognition of ORG people by the industry and customers, which is both an incentive and a spur for us.

In the process of forming the new market pattern, we aim to be the discoverer of trend changes, the organizer of industrial innovation, and the promoter of industrial chain restructuring.

With the introduction of ORG’s own brand products such as Xiwang Sports Nutritional Drink, Yuanyangwuyu Functional Drink, Fruit Time Canned and Prefabricated Dishes into thousands of households, our series of innovative products focusing on green and safety have gradually formed a new packaging fashion in the fast consumer circuit. Last year, at the Chengdu Sugar and Wine Fair, the Xiwang New Product Conference and Investment Promotion Conference successfully ended. We are full of hope for the enterprise to move from the back of the brand to the front end. We are full of confidence in the commercialization of ORG’s independent intellectual property products with film coated iron as the core.

Starting again, love makes us more calm and firm

 

In the new era, there are new opportunities and new missions.

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China solemnly proposed that from now on, the central task of the CPC is to unite and lead the people of all ethnic groups in the country to comprehensively build a strong socialist modernization country, achieve the second century goal, and comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization.

It is the unshirkable responsibility of enterprises to promote the high-quality development of the real economy and contribute to the building of a socialist modern power in an all-round way. In the vast historical process, Origen people should use hard backbone, iron shoulder and real ability to bear in mind and fulfill their mission.
