From June 19 to 22, 2024, ORG's independent directors, Xu Wencai and Zhang Lishang, conducted a comprehensive visit to the company's Hubei Xianning production base. The visit included an in-depth inspection of frontline production facilities and strategic discussions with the management team. Accompanying the directors were key company executives, including Vice President and Board Secretary Gao Shujun, Vice General Manager of the Two-piece Can and Filling Division and General Manager of Hubei ORG Packaging Co., Ltd. Yu Xianchao, General Manager of Hubei ORG Can Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Zhang Jiuming, and Factory Director of Hubei ORG Packaging Co., Ltd. Fang Fei.

During the visit, the independent directors received detailed briefings from the subsidiaries' management team, covering historical developments, current operations, and future plans. Drawing on their professional expertise and industry insights, the directors offered valuable recommendations for market expansion, customer development, and talent acquisition strategies at the Xianning base.

The tour included visits to the three-piece can production workshop, two-piece can and filling workshop, and the automated warehouse. The directors gained firsthand knowledge of production equipment, processes, and personnel, while receiving comprehensive reports on company management and production status from relevant managers. Particular attention was paid to ORG's differentiated products and technological innovations, with the directors providing strategic input for the company's future development.
