In her opening remarks, HR Administrative Center GM Chen Ying highlighted the importance of legal knowledge and risk awareness in today's challenging economic climate. She emphasized that this training would serve as a vital protective measure for the company's sales force as they navigate the market landscape.

In his keynote address, President Shen Tao emphasized three crucial aspects of legal risk management in today's business environment.

He first addressed the market imperative, noting that today's marketplace has evolved from one of supply shortages to one of intense competition and market saturation. In this environment, many small and medium enterprises tend to prioritize business growth over risk management. In this competitive landscape, ORG's sales team must develop sharp analytical skills to assess client stability and anticipate potential risks.

Speaking to organizational requirements, Shen traced ORG's evolution from its humble beginnings in Hainan to its current market position, marking the transition from relationship-based and product-centric marketing to a comprehensive platform approach. He stressed that risk management must be integrated across the entire business cycle - from customer screening and business cooperation to payment collection and future partnership evaluation. This responsibility, he emphasized, extends beyond specific departments to every employee within the organization.

On a personal development level, Shen highlighted how risk awareness and legal knowledge represent valuable professional assets that are often difficult to acquire independently. This training program, he noted, offers participants a unique opportunity to enhance their professional capabilities and personal value.

Drawing from past experiences where insufficient legal knowledge led to business losses, Shen underscored the urgency of this initiative, particularly given the current economic climate. He emphasized that strengthening legal expertise across the organization has become more critical than ever.

President Shen expressed high expectations for the training initiative, emphasizing its role in building essential legal knowledge and analytical thinking skills through practical case studies. As ORG continues its global expansion, he stressed the growing need for young talent equipped with strong legal acumen, noting that this training represents the first step in a broader professional development strategy.

President Shen concluded by outlining his vision for the training program and its role in ORG's future development. He emphasized that modern sales excellence extends beyond traditional product selling and networking skills. Success in today's market demands strong predictive capabilities and a comprehensive knowledge foundation. Through these training platforms, ORG aims to cultivate a deeper understanding of global markets, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and self-development among its sales force. In addressing the company's transition from broad management approaches to precise operational models, Shen highlighted three critical focus areas: cost management, risk control, and opportunity identification. He emphasized that achieving these objectives requires a unified vision and shared knowledge base across the organization. Shen also expressed his hope that all participants would derive valuable insights from the training to further enhance their contributions to ORG's success.

The training program, scheduled from October 18th to November 1st, consists of three comprehensive sessions led by Senior Legal Manager Du Qiulin. Drawing from practical judicial experience and real-world cases, the sessions will focus on analyzing and preventing legal risks in sales operations. To accommodate field sales schedules, all sessions will be available for replay. To measure effectiveness, participants will complete a written examination following the training. The company believes that strong legal knowledge will serve as a foundation for outstanding sales performance, and anticipates positive outcomes from this initiative.
