ORG Technology Co., Ltd.'s Foshan factory hosted a significant delegation from AB InBev on October 18, 2024. The visiting team included Kris, AB InBev's Global Vice President of Brewing and Quality Operations, Xiang Yang, APAC Senior Director of Brewing and Quality Operations, along with representatives from the Supply Chain Zone 3 team. The delegation was welcomed by key ORG executives, including Vice Chairman Zhou Yuan, Vice President and General Manager of Two-piece Can and Filling Business Division Ma Binyun, Quality Management Center Director Ren Jianguo, and Foshan Factory General Manager Li Yingjie.
The meeting centered on two critical areas: factory quality management strategies and the implementation of the VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) project. Since its introduction at ORG Foshan Packaging Co., Ltd., the VPO initiative has driven remarkable improvements in production management.

During the visit, Director Ren Jianguo presented the company's comprehensive quality management framework and recent achievements, highlighting ORG's unwavering commitment to excellence. General Manager Li Yingjie shared notable successes in SSA localization and demonstrated how VPO methodologies have helped achieve the ambitious quality standard of "zero defect, zero complaint".
The Foshan facility's VPO management system demonstrates a thorough approach through strategic planning, comprehensive KPI implementation, company-wide engagement, and precise execution protocols. These elements work in harmony to ensure continuous improvement in enterprise management.

Following the briefing, the AB InBev team conducted a detailed tour of the production facilities, where they engaged directly with staff members and witnessed the VPO project's practical impact on daily operations. This hands-on experience provided valuable insights into both the technical achievements and cultural transformation at the ORG Foshan facility.

During their tour of the production team's office space, the AB InBev delegation took particular interest in the factory's comprehensive visualization tools, including safety boards and dream boards. These displays highlighted not only the facility's sophisticated management approach but also demonstrated how a strong corporate culture drives operational excellence.
Front-line employees showed remarkable enthusiasm as they presented to Kris and his team, detailing their area-specific objectives and control point implementation. They expertly explained their quality assurance processes, including the use of SPC monitoring charts, demonstrating both technical expertise and genuine passion for their work.

Impressed by the presentations, Kris took time to commend each employee and capture photos with the team members. The half-day exchange made a strong impression on the AB InBev delegation, with Kris specifically praising the staff's proactive engagement and noting that having suppliers like ORG provides AB InBev with great confidence. Director Xiang shared similar sentiments, expressing optimism about the Foshan team's future trajectory and potential for continued excellence.

Vice Chairman Zhou Yuan emphasized how the SSA project has energized the team, fostering innovation and driving performance improvements across multiple metrics.

The VPO project has yielded significant results in cost reduction and operational efficiency, while consistently elevating product quality standards. These achievements have strengthened ORG's competitive position and solidified AB InBev's trust, establishing a foundation for sustained strategic partnership.

Moving forward, the Foshan facility remains committed to advancing its VPO initiatives and upholding its corporate values while continuously elevating management standards in pursuit of world-class manufacturing excellence. This visit served as both a validation of ORG Foshan's VPO achievements and an opportunity to exchange valuable insights on manufacturing management optimization. Through continued collaboration, both organizations are poised to leverage the VPO project as a catalyst for future growth and shared success.
