Growing Dreams, Sharing Journeys: ORG Celebrates Successful 2026 Charity Month

ORG kicked off its annual Charity Month on January 5, 2026, with a flagship event at the company's Beijing Huairou headquarters. The launch was broadcast live to more than 40 locations across the country, marking the beginning of a month-long initiative focused on community impact and charitable giving.

Under the theme "Growing Dreams, Sharing Journeys", the event celebrated ORG's thirty-year legacy of community involvement. Since its founding in 1994 with the mission of "Empowering the Nation Through Industry", ORG has expanded its reach to support educational initiatives across ten provinces, including infrastructure improvements at 13 schools and a scholarship program for underprivileged students at a partner university. This commitment to "Empowering Communities Through Industry and Philanthropy" remains at the core of ORG's corporate identity and mission.

Since its inception in 2024, ORG Charity Month has evolved from a corporate initiative into a grassroots movement, driven by employee passion and participation. This transformation has created a lasting legacy of community engagement that continues to inspire new generations of ORG team members.

The impact of these efforts was highlighted in a video presentation by Principal Yang Changjiang of Yunxi School in Guandao Town, Tongcheng County, Xianning, Hubei Province. His school, which partnered with ORG in 2017, has undergone remarkable improvements, creating an environment where students can truly flourish.

The personal touch of ORG's charitable work was further illustrated by Zhang Xiaomei from our Shaanxi HR team. Sharing her experiences as a volunteer at a primary school in Baoji, Zhang emphasized that the true value of these initiatives extends beyond financial support. "These programs create meaningful connections between our employees and the communities we serve," she explained. "The relationships we build and the lessons we learn from each other are just as valuable as the resources we provide."

Chen Ying, General Manager of HR Administration, reflected on her journey overseeing ORG's school assistance program since 2015. "Our commitment goes beyond just providing funds," Chen explained. "We've developed a rigorous evaluation process to ensure every donation creates maximum impact for schools and communities that need it most."

The 2026 Charity Month campaign saw unprecedented participation, raising ¥550,900 (about $77,000) from 6,951 employees. We were particularly encouraged by the enthusiastic response from our newest team members at CPMC, who joined ORG in 2025. Their contribution of ¥171,000 (about $24,000) demonstrates how our culture of giving continues to resonate across the expanding ORG family.

A single act of kindness may seem small, but together, these actions create lasting change. As we move forward in 2026, we remain committed to our founding belief that corporate success and social responsibility go hand in hand. Through the collective efforts of every ORG team member, we'll continue to make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.
