ORG Technology Chairman Sets the Tone for 2026 at Wuxi Visit, Calling "Breakthrough" the Group's Defining Theme

On February 24, 2026 — the first day back after the Lunar New Year holiday — ORG Technology Chairman Zhou Yunjie and Executive Vice President Zhang Ye visited the production floor of Wuxi Huapeng Cap Co., Ltd. to ring in the new year with employees and kick off a strategy session focused on the company's priorities for the year ahead. Senior leaders from the Caps and Food Cans Division joined them for the discussions.

During the visit, Chairman Zhou took the opportunity to wish staff a happy new year and thank them for their dedication and hard work over the past twelve months. He encouraged everyone to carry that same energy and drive into 2026, with an eye toward continued growth and new achievements.

\

The strategy session that followed opened with a presentation by Ji Lifang, General Manager of the Caps and Food Cans Division. Ji walked the group through the division's overall performance, highlighted progress in both domestic and international markets, and outlined efforts to differentiate the product lineup through innovation.

\

After hearing the presentation, Chairman Zhou explained that the visit was part of a broader effort to stay connected to the ground level and ensure the Group's core strategy translates into real action across all sites. He took the opportunity to unpack the thinking behind ORG's four-part strategic principle: grow niche strengths to support the core, achieve more with less, leverage international presence to benefit domestic operations, and turn resilience into a competitive edge. Rather than a set of abstract directives, he framed these as a practical response to today's market realities — using focused innovation to compensate for scale, maintaining clarity of purpose amid complexity, channeling global experience back into the home market, and building strength through resilience.

\

Chairman Zhou then turned to an analogy from ice hockey to bring his point to life: The sport's demands discipline, teamwork, and the willingness to compete hard, mirroring what it takes to win in business. And just as a well-timed offensive push can change the outcome of a game, "breakthrough" is what separates companies that merely survive a tough market from those that come out ahead.

\

Looking ahead to 2026, Chairman Zhou left the group with a clear rallying point: "Breakthrough" is the word he wants every person at ORG to carry with them throughout the year. He outlined four areas where that mindset needs to take hold:

一、Breakthrough in thinking — challenge assumptions, and stay open to doing things differently.

二、Breakthrough in structure — continue refining the Group's portfolio and finding ways to strengthen and extend its position across the value chain.

三、Breakthrough in innovation — use technology as the engine that drives ORG ahead of the market.

四、Breakthrough in global reach — pursue meaningful international expansion and make the most of the opportunities that exist beyond our current footprint.

\

Chairman Zhou closed the session on a unifying note, calling on everyone at ORG to take the spirit of "breakthrough" as a genuine commitment to finding new ways forward. With that shared purpose, the Group is well positioned to write the next chapter of its story.
