On June 12th, Xianning Municipal Party Secretary Zhou Feng conducted a comprehensive inspection of the Xianning High-tech Zone, focusing on enterprise operations and ongoing construction projects. At each location, he met with business leaders and project managers to discuss operations, innovation initiatives, and resource needs.

Zhou outlined a systematic project development strategy that creates a pipeline of initiatives at various stages - from initial planning and investor attraction to project approval, groundbreaking, construction, and completion.
