"The teacher is the one who preaches and solves problems". Group's Human Resource Department invited Du Qiulin, senior manager of Group's Legal Department, to conduct internal knowledge sharing this time. Manager Du Qiulin has 10 years of work experience in the legal field related to employee relations, actively studies business knowledge in his work, loves reading and is good at solving work problems with his rich practical experience. In order to meet the demand of this training, Mr. Du also customized high-quality training courseware for the training, combining professional knowledge with practical operation, integrating vivid practical cases, and helping everyone to revisit and sort out HR-related legal expertise as comprehensively as possible to enhance professional knowledge with the most relevant business needs of thematic training content. At the same time, in order to test the learning effect and improve the training level, Manager Du Qiulin also made a set of knowledge assessment test papers to evaluate the learning effect from shallow to deep, which was used for the learning assessment of all the participants, so as to truly achieve a professional knowledge sharing training with process and result, and with harvest and assessment.

The training course was conducted in 4 parts from September 30, totaling 8 hours. The participants included 74 people, including senior managers and managers of Human Resource Departments of the Group's headquarters, branches and subsidiaries, personnel department heads, supervisors and commissioners, and other positions. All the participants' professional knowledge learning and assessment were completed on November 24 in the form of online live lectures by lecturers every Friday. The online live lecture not only broadened the scope of participants in the learning, but also helped to keep up with the new form of Internet development and create a new learning ecology of the Group without geographical and spatial restrictions.

Before this training program was opened, the Group's Human Resource Department communicated with the participants in detail about the training assessment requirements, stating that this training contains 2 parts: professional knowledge assessment and case study report. On December 1, the Group's Human Resource Department has organized the participants to compile the case study report, and the excellent cases will be shared within the Group for professional communication. Through advance communication, the participants were guided to clarify the focus and key points of this training in the learning process, and then the post-training knowledge level and application ability were examined through the assessment, which not only helped to improve the overall training effect and create a correct and efficient learning method and learning atmosphere, but also could achieve the ultimate purpose of promoting the construction of a learning organization.

After the completion of this training, the Group's Human Resources Department organized the participants of each unit to complete the professional knowledge assessment in the form of online closed-book examination. The test paper scores 100 points, 90 points and above are excellent, and those who fail the assessment below 80 points will be arranged for second training study and assessment, in order to finally achieve the good training effect of full progress and full completion. Congratulations to the following 12 members of the branches and subsidiaries with excellent scores in this professional knowledge assessment for successfully completing the training! The Group's Human Resources Department will organize participants to compile case analysis reports, and the outstanding cases will be shared within the Group for professional exchange.
