From the inception of the company, ORG has embraced the belief in contributing to the national industry. In 1994, ORG founded its first company in Wenchang, Hainan, marking the beginning of its commitment to giving back to society. At that time, ORG set a goal: with a focus on the future of the motherland, contribute ORG's modest efforts to the education and upbringing of the next generation! Wengtian Town Second Primary School in Wenchang City, Hainan Province, was the first difficult school supported by ORG. The company funded the renovation of school buildings and the establishment of a library for this primary school.

In order to more profoundly fulfill the mission of contributing to the country's industry and supporting the national education cause, ORG, with a focus on schools and children in underdeveloped areas, actively works to improve the educational conditions for children in these regions. ORG has provided support to ten schools under the "ORG Primary School" public welfare project, including Wengtian Town Second Primary School in Wenchang City, Hainan Province, Wengtian Zhongxin Primary School in Wenchang City, Hainan Province, Shiqiao Primary School in Jiudian Town, Pingdu City, Shandong Province, Hengshan Primary School in Sitang Town, Lingui District, Guilin City, Guangxi Province, Zhongxin Primary School in Gaoling Town, Suizhong County, Liaoning Province, Yunxi School in Guandao Town, Tongcheng County, Xianning City, Hubei Province, Third Primary School in Xiangong Town, Chencang District, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, Maojie Primary School in Wuding County, Yunnan Province, and Zhongxin Primary School in Longtan Township, Yangbi Yi Autonomous County, Yunnan Province, as well as Shaba Primary School in Machang Town, Guian New District, Guizhou Province. ORG has conducted multiple targeted donations to these schools, assisting in renovating school buildings, building new sports fields, reconstructing cafeterias, replacing multimedia teaching equipment, and updating activity facilities. These efforts effectively enhance the school conditions and provide a healthier and better learning environment for students. ORG also collaborates with industry partners to provide assistance to schools such as Wanquan Primary School in Majiang Township, Nyemo County, Lhasa, Xizang, through the China Children and Teenagers' Fund. The "ORG Primary School" public welfare project is a core initiative that the company has consistently adhered to for the long term, and each year, the company develops different donation plans based on the specific conditions of the recipient schools.

Driven by responsibility and fortified by patriotism, ORG continues its unwavering commitment to the innovative development of the national metal packaging industry, integrating love for the country, the aspiration for a stronger nation, and the action of contributing to the country. We persist in our efforts to expand the force of public welfare and deepen our philanthropic actions. In July 2016, Mr. Zhou Yunjie, Chairman of ORG, independently invested RMB2 million to establish the "LeDong Public Welfare Foundation," with the aim of focusing on and supporting education, culture, sports, and arts in underdeveloped areas. Since its establishment, the "LeDong Public Welfare Foundation" has received positive responses from ORG and other industry partner enterprises. Additionally, Mrs. Guan Yuxiang, the founder of ORG, and various executives within the group have consistently made personal contributions to the fund every year.
As of the end of 2023, the "LeDong Public Welfare Foundation" has accumulated more than 28.6 million yuan in donations, which has been used for charitable purposes. The funds received have been utilized to support educational projects in underdeveloped areas, earthquake relief projects, ice and snow sports, and some cultural and artistic projects. Over the past eight years since the establishment of the foundation, projects have been carried out in relatively backward areas of Beijing, Hebei, Shandong, Liaoning, Guizhou, Gansu, Yunnan, Hainan, Guangxi, Hubei, Shaanxi, and Heilongjiang. The focus has been on school construction in underdeveloped areas, financial aid for impoverished students, and providing teachers with professional learning and exchange platforms. In 2023, ORG, through the "LeDong Public Welfare Foundation," established the "LeDong Scholarship" at the Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication, initiating the first educational assistance project for college students from difficult backgrounds majoring in packaging. Simultaneously, in response to the national call for "300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports," the “LeDong Public Welfare Foundation” leverages its own resource advantages to support mass ice and snow sports activities. It provides assistance to ice and snow projects across the country, enhances the competitive level of ice and snow sports, and contributes to the development of ice and snow sports in China.
