ORG Group Started its Talent Review

Explore high potential talents, inherit corporate culture and stimulate the organization’s strength. The first stop of ORG Group’s talent review for 2021-2022 started in Beijing factory.

 

In order to meet the strategic development needs of the Group, implement the talent development strategy of “youth, knowledge and internationalization”, and comprehensively and objectively understand the performance of cadres in various units and the development status of reserve talents, so as to establish a talent driven organization with “excellent structure, reasonable quantity and scientific mechanism”, the Human Resources Department of the Group starts the talent review of 2021-2022 for each group headquarters, business divisions and branches / subsidiaries. From October 25 to 26, 2021, the first station of Beijing plant started.

On October 25, Beijing factory held a talent inventory and reserve cadre selection and mobilization meeting. More than 60 middle-level ministers and business backbones of various departments attended the meeting. Chen Ying, General Manager of the Group’s personnel administration center, and Qi Bin, General Manager of Beijing factory, attended the meeting and made a mobilization speech.

At the meeting, Chen Ying explained the connotation of ORG’s enterprise spirit, combined with the struggle story of ORG people, and focused on the future development needs of the enterprise, explained the talent selection criteria of ORG reserve cadres, so that everyone had a deeper understanding of “three qualities”, “three abilities” and “three potentials”. The company also encourages everyone to have confidence in the development of the company and personal development, improve themselves with an open learning attitude and actively participate in the training of reserve talents.

Qi Bin affirmed the working attitude of Beijing factory cadres to overcome difficulties in the process of product transformation and their achievements in differentiated products such as easy to tear covers and shell cans. All employees of Beijing factory are encouraged to work hard according to the talent selection standards, actively improve themselves, strive to become the company’s reserve talents, and lay a solid foundation for the rise and leap of personal career in the future.

The talent review of Beijing factory adopts the methods of one-to-one interview, 360 degree evaluation, organizational climate research and leaderless group discussion to conduct multi-dimensional composite evaluation in the form of combination of online and offline. Evaluators always maintain a rigorous, objective, fair and open attitude to participate in the evaluation to ensure that the information and feedback obtained are true and effective.

The on-site evaluation stage of talent inventory of Beijing factory ended on October 26. The human resources department of the group will sort out and analyze the collected information and data to form a talent inventory report. Next, the Human Resources Department of the Group will work with Beijing factory to formulate an executable key talent development plan and implement it, so as to promote the construction and development of ORG reserve talent team.
