Permeate business training in project promotion --Group HR Department organizes business learning and assessment for the whole group HR

In 2021, along with the launch of the HR management system, the HR Department of the Group has made different degrees of improvement and upgrade in the management system of salary management system and business specification. As a project work from 0 to 1, in order to ensure that all HR of the Group could follow the pace of the project, from system research, configuration and implementation, to training and testing, and system dissemination, the HR Department of the Group organised more than 30 centralised training sessions with the participation of more than 50 HRs from all levels, with a total training time of 82 hours.

With the formal operation of the system, in order to test the learning results, the Group's Human Resources Department unified the system user's induction qualification, for the system operation and system application of the two aspects of the skills should know and should be assessed.

The assessment was conducted in online form. In order to be serious about the discipline of the examination room, the Group organised a video conference and set the opening time of the test paper, and each reference person entered the test paper to answer questions through a small program.

43 HRs scored more than 80 points, accounting for 83% of the total number of references, and could issue the "Induction Certificate" according to the examination results, including 3 people with full scores, 21 people with more than 90 points and 19 people with 80-90 points.

Nine HRs scored less than 80 points, accounting for 17% of the total number of references, and needed to study again and take a make-up examination, and the examination results were entered into their individual posting and performance assessment.

After a complete learning and assessment process, the system launch was completed and the business skills of the whole HR team were greatly improved.
