In July 2022, the second quarter high level meeting of Budweiser & ORG Foshan supplier strategic alliance was held in ORG (Foshan) packaging company. 

A total of 22 people went to ORG Foshan factory, such as Cheng Yanjun, vice president of Budweiser Asia Pacific Supply Chain and logistics; Bo Hongli, vice president of PPM; Li Xingang, Operation Director of Budweiser area 3 distillery; Hu Chenguang, director of Budweiser Foshan factory. Leaders of ORG Technology Co., Ltd. attended the meeting, including Zhou Yuan, vice chairman; Ma binyun, vice president and general manager of two-piece can business department, and Li Yingjie, director of Foshan factory. The meeting reviewed the progress of cooperation projects in the second quarter and made a quarterly work summary for SSA.

Li Yingjie, director of ORG Foshan factory, gave a detailed report on the promotion of VPO in the second quarter of Foshan factory, the promotion of SSA-VPO docking factory in the second quarter, and the achievements of VPO (factory optimization management) in project promotion.

Zhou Yuan, vice chairman of ORG technology, reviewed every step of ORG-BudSSA-VPO project from startup to now. He pointed, under the guidance of Budweiser experts, the project has made continuous progress in terms of quality, efficiency and sustainable development. He was pleased with the team's growth and transformation in the VPO project and expressed sincere thanks to the Budweiser team for their support.

Cheng Yanjun, vice president of Budweiser Asia Pacific Supply Chain and logistics, also said that both of us had jointly created a communication platform through the promotion of VPO, and VPO has made commendable achievements in mobilizing the enthusiasm of front-line employees and improving performance. He also made suggestions on the work of functional units at headquarters.

After that, focusing on the four major directions of "high quality", "high efficiency", "sustainable development" and "innovation pillar", the factory promotion mechanism, VPO and digital integration, basic management, staff empowerment and incentive mechanism, etc, both sides conducted in-depth discussions and gave clear guidance according to the next project process.

This strategic alliance meeting is a meeting of guiding significance. It is a meeting for Budweiser and ORG to summarize the phase progress of the project and discuss the future development under the idea of "Win-win together and share the future". In the future, both sides will carry out deeper cooperation in various fields. We will jointly explore and develop win-win mechanisms, promote complementary projects, and strive to tap greater cooperation potential.
