The individual summary, report and evaluation of ORG Group’s 8th Golden Subproject training stage were successfully completed - News

In October 2022, the personal summary, report and evaluation of students in the 8th “Golden Plan” training phase of ORG Group was successfully completed. Six “stars of intensive training and learning” and three groups of “outstanding team style awards” were selected.

The Human Resources Department of the Group cooperates with the subsidiaries to organize the award winners to make a thematic report on the harvest and perception of intensive training and learning. This activity was judged by the middle and senior leaders of each company and the heads of business departments, and was scored from five dimensions: award winners’ reporting ability, reporting content, learning enthusiasm, cognitive ability and growth intention.

The evaluation of award winner report in Beijing was held on October 10. Chen Ying, General Manager of the Group’s Personnel Administration Center, Qi Bin, General Manager of Beijing Factory, and the person in charge of the business department attended and acted as the judge. After careful preparation in the early stage, the award-winning students made a wonderful presentation at the meeting.
