-2023 Professional and Technical Rank Evaluation Thesis Defense Meeting Successfully Held

 

In order to encourage innovation, promote innovation, and fully leverage the enthusiasm and creativity of R&D personnel in packaging technology differentiation, innovation achievement transformation, and other aspects, the 2023 R&D Professional Technical Rank Evaluation Thesis Defense Meeting of ORG Group was grandly held at 9:00 am on June 20th in Conference Room 215 of Huairou Office Building. Chen Yufei, Senior Vice President and R&D Director of the Group, and Chen Ying, General Manager of the Group’s Personnel and Administrative Management Center, attended the defense meeting as judges.

Responding to the call of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to innovate talent training models

 

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has earlier issued the Implementation Opinions on Further Strengthening the Integration of High Skilled Talents and Professional and Technical Talents’ Career Development (hereinafter referred to as the Opinions). The Opinions clearly point out that improving the evaluation standards for professional titles of highly skilled talents, downplaying educational requirements, strengthening skill contributions, and establishing green channels.

ORG has always attached great importance to innovation and talent cultivation. Under the call of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, it not only continuously strengthens innovation investment in research and development, but also cultivates innovation soil from multiple sources, stimulating innovation and creating vitality through a good innovation ecosystem. The human resources department of the group has also been actively promoting the development and planning of innovative talents, opening up innovative doors in the talent sector, providing a platform and channel for all employees with innovative spirit and professional ability to have good career development planning and promotion, and planning for the path of innovative talents in the enterprise, making every effort.

Talents emerge in large numbers in ORG, and a brilliant defense meeting is held

 

ORG has launched an innovation driven R&D talent system, mainly focusing on optimizing the structure of the R&D team, developing a professional and technical rank evaluation system for R&D, and initiating rank evaluation work, as well as establishing a salary system that can drive R&D personnel’s ability improvement and achievement innovation. This defense meeting is one of the main work contents of the innovation driven R&D talent system aimed at “encouraging innovation and promoting innovation”. The purpose of job rank evaluation is to stimulate the innovation vitality of R&D personnel through “promoting innovation through evaluation”, guide and motivate R&D personnel to self-plan professional learning, participate in R&D projects, and strive for more innovative results.

The topic selection of the thesis in the defense meeting is mainly focused on the technical work involved, and the content discussed comes from the technical achievements or practices involved in the project carried out by the applicant. The purpose is to stimulate research and development personnel to analyze and think deeply about the technology involved in the project through the defense of the thesis, and promote technological improvement and achievement transformation. According to the registration requirements, a total of 14 R&D personnel from three professional directions participated in this paper defense meeting. Chen Yufei, Senior Vice President and R&D Director of the Group, and Chen Ying, General Manager of the Group’s Personnel and Administrative Management Center, listened attentively and summarized the defense, providing on-site guidance to the defense personnel, and making detailed modification suggestions for the professional technical summary. The R&D personnel participating in the defense expressed that the leadership’s questions were well targeted and had strong guiding significance for professional technical summary. After the defense meeting, we will carefully revise the summary based on the suggestions put forward by the leaders and strive to improve our professional skills.
