A great hawk rose with the wind one day, soaring for 90000 miles. On July 6, 2023, the first phase of the “Jinpeng Class” project for the cultivation of executives and reserve talents in subsidiary companies of ORG Group was officially launched. As a leading enterprise in the metal packaging industry, ORG has an excellent talent team and a clear talent development strategy in the industry. With the continuous development and growth of ORG, the company’s requirements for the abilities of management cadres at all levels have increased, and the demand for talent has increased. This requires ORG’s on-the-job cadres to keep up with the times and make continuous progress. The “Jinpeng Class” is the “Huangpu Military Academy” for cultivating high-level cadres in ORG, aiming to discover, cultivate, and reserve excellent talents for the company. After strict screening and inspection by the group headquarters, 25 cadres were ultimately selected as the first batch of students in the “Jinpeng Class”, embarking on a journey of learning and growth with honor and mission.

Under the strategy of “youthfulness, knowledge-based, and internationalization” proposed by Chairman Zhou Yunjie, the first phase of the “Jinpeng Class” focuses on the “Double 120” training policy and the three training objectives of “casting the soul - establishing beliefs, inheriting the corporate culture of ORG, gathering energy - strengthening literacy, comprehensively improving the management level of cadres, promoting change - embracing change, and leveraging the advantages of enterprise innovation”. And training courses are designed based on the company’s strategic goals and business development needs. Chairman Zhou Yunjie, Vice Chairman Zhou Yuan, and several other senior leaders of the group personally served as lecturers, teaching courses covering five major themes: “Interpretation and Promotion of Corporate Spirit”, “Building Organizational Customer Service Capability”, “ORG Environmental Management Theme Seminar”, “Innovative Product Development and Promotion”, and “The Way to Continuous Improvement”.
