The training on “Interpretation of Spillover Strategies” was successfully completed

Following the expert seminar on “Innovation, Spillover and Sustainability” in September this year, Mr. Cao Hu, Global Partner of KMG Group, gave a report on the theme of “How ORG Implements Brand Growth Strategy in the Next Three to Five Years”.

On November 17th, Mr. Cao Hu came to the Beijing headquarters of O.R.G again to do the theme training of “Interpretation of Spillover Strategy” for middle and senior management cadres and business backbones, Zhou Yunjie, chairman of O.R.G Group, attended the event online and delivered a speech, Chen Yufei, vice president in charge of R&D and general manager of the three-piece can business department, Zhou Yunhai, vice president in charge of the deep processing products business department, and many other group executives attended the event, and the middle and senior management cadres of various business divisions and subsidiaries participated in the online cloud training.

Chairman Zhou Yunjie pointed out in his speech that ORG has been seeking how to go better, more stable, faster and higher, and thanked Mr. Cao Hu and his team from Kotler Consulting for assisting ORG in creatively proposing the concept of overflow in the process of formulating the overall development strategy of the company.

Mr. Zhou shared his personal understanding of “spillover”, and emphasized that with the enhancement of ORG’s production capacity and technology, we must strive to “do” the new products and technologies we continue to launch into the market, which is the “spillover” idea we use, and hope that through this training, the core backbone team can have a clearer consensus on the new development strategy of the enterprise and prepare for the implementation of the strategy.

Mr. Cao Hu made a systematic interpretation of the content of the “spillover” strategy based on the core business, covering the definition, connotation, core pillars, organizational structure support and ORG brand value upgrade of the “spillover” strategy, and quoted Peter Drucker’s classic theory at the end of the training: “The purpose of an enterprise is to create customers”, and proposed to grasp the marketing with customer value as the core and the continuous and profound innovation on the other.
