At the end of March 2019, there was a chill in the air in early spring in the north. The wind after snow was strong in Zhangjiakou region, this also made the poverty alleviation team led by Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau, with a total of 46 people in 31 financial units under its jurisdiction, experience the severe natural climate conditions in the region.
Yuxian, Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province is a state poverty county. At present, there are still more than 40,000 registered poor people in the county, 182 representational poverty villages, and the incidence of poverty reached 10.2%. 2019 is a key year for all the people in Yuxian to tackle poverty. It is also the wish of all counterparts in the poverty alleviation project to help Yuxian to take off the hat of poverty county and build a civilized and harmonious socialist new countryside. Task force of ORG Technology Co., Ltd. participated in the poverty alleviation activity titled with "Going Our Way Out of Poverty " with the concern of company leaders for the people in poor areas of Hebei Province.

During the three days, the task force signed poverty alleviation agreements with its counterparts. By donating money to 22 poverty-stricken villages in 12 towns of Yuxian for infrastructure construction and basic public service construction, we will promote the upgrading of “double construction” level of poverty-stricken villages in Yuxian and put poverty alleviation work in place. The project supported by ORG Technology Co., Ltd. is the construction of the village committee of Dayuejia mountain village, Chenjiawa Township in Yuxian. The Secretary of the township party committee introduced the basic situation of the village in detail, and also let the task force know their specific needs.
The task force also inspected the implementation and achievements of the early stage of assistance work, understood the construction of the assistance project and pro-poor tourism in Nuanquan Town, inspected the operation mode of the benevolence supermarket in Yixing community in Nanyangzhuang Township, participated in the activity of "visiting relatives" in Xiyaotou village, Yongquanzhuang Township, which was supported by the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau, and listened to the cadres in the village to talk about the rural work and their experience of eating, living and working with the peasants. In addition, the team also experienced the working mode of "eating at different farmers’ homes in rotation" implemented in the poverty alleviation work in Yuxian.
In the three days in Yuxian, the task force deeply sensed the commitment of cadres and masses to get rid of poverty in Yuxian, saw the effective way of leading cadres at all levels of the party to try their best to mobilize the peasants to get rid of poverty first from their thoughts and make the endogenous power of the masses, witnessed the great changes in Hebei rural areas, and felt the desiring of the peasants for the happy life by hard work from their hearts, and felt the farmers' support for the party's poverty alleviation policy and their gratitude to the enterprises to provide poverty alleviation aid to the designed sister regions for "helping in ideas and helping from the heart".
