The Jiangsu Talent Inventory and Mobilization Conference was warmly held on May 11, 2023 in the training room of Jiangsu Company. The Group’s HR Department first systematically and comprehensively promoted the selection standards, evaluation system tools and methods, and talent cultivation work of ORG to everyone. Chen Ying, General Manager of the Group’s Personnel and Administrative Management Center, gave a mobilization speech at the meeting, sharing what the “three qualities, three abilities, and three potentials” that ORG cadres need to possess.

Since joining the company in 2002, as a business backbone, he has undertaken the new factory construction work in Beijing, Fujian, Foshan, and Jiangsu regions. He provides support wherever the factory is opened, and has been involved in ORG for more than 20 years, working abroad for 15 years. Deng Tixiang, Deputy General Manager of ORG Printing, is also an ‘elderly person’ of ORG Printing. He is a construction personnel of ORG Printing and Gannan’s two printing iron factories, and has been dedicated to serving the company for more than 20 years. Starting from a technician, he has grown and focused on the technical and production executives of the two printing iron factories, constantly researching and breaking through his own technology, making ORG Printing’s iron technology at the forefront of the industry. At the case sharing conference, middle-level cadres are required to share and report on typical best practices in practical business conducted in the past two years in the form of project cases. This not only facilitates the accumulation and accumulation of excellent practical experience within the organization, but also examines the management thinking of cadres in case reports, promotes cadres to self-check and reflect on past work, and trains cadres’ growth. After preliminary selection, 7 factory directors and ministers from 2 companies, including Jiangsu ORG’s “Production System Efficiency Improvement Project”, “Warehouse Isolation Product Management Project”, and ORG Printing’s “Washing Rack Cleaning Time Optimization Project”, and “Reducing Waste and Controlling 100 Tons of Working Hours Project”, brought excellent project cases. The leaders of the evaluation team listened attentively throughout the entire process and provided valuable feedback and suggestions.
