On July 8, 2021, Zhou Yuan, Vice Chairman of ORG Technology Co., Ltd., Chen Yufei, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Innovation Business Center, Gao Shujun, Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors, Zhang, Vice President and General Manager of Investment and Financing Management Center Shaojun and Zhu Changwei, General Manager of Gannan production base, received the business delegation of Qiqihar Municipal Government. The delegation was led by Mayor Wang Gang, Deputy Mayor Yao Qing, Party Secretary and Director Zhang Delong of the Municipal Economic Cooperation Bureau, Gai Cangsong, Member of the Party Leadership Group of Jianhua District Government, Ding Quanning, Secretary of Gannan County Party Committee, and Zhang Xudong, Deputy Mayor of Gannan County. Shi Wei, director of Gannan County Economic Cooperation Bureau, also participated in the inspection.
Vice Chairman Zhou Yuan introduced the development of ORG Technology Co., Ltd. and the company’s current operating scale, operating conditions, products and customers.He also reported in detail the development of ORG’s two production bases in Gannan County and Kedong County in Qiqihar to the municipal and county leaders, and discussed business development and deepening cooperation with the government delegation. After the symposium, the delegation visited the company’s factory production workshop and laboratory in Huairou.
During the discussion, Zhou Yuan first thanked Qiqihar Municipal Government and Gannan County’s Party Committee and Government for their support and assistance to ORG’s local development. When introducing the Gannan project, Zhou Yuan said that ORG’s Feihe milk powder tank production plant in 2014 was “close-up”, and the plant-in-plant project built inside the Gannan Feihe plant in 2018 was “seamless connection”. At present, Gannan’s three can-making production lines are operating at high speed, and the production capacity is released well. The Gannan Iron Printing Project, which was invested and constructed this year, has officially started production. The new plant in Baichuan Industrial Park is undergoing internal decoration, and the supporting living rooms can be put into use before the end of the year. The civil construction of the Feihe Milk Powder’s Tank Production Plant in Kedong County, which started early this year, has been completed and is currently undergoing interior decoration. ORG’s two production base projects in Qiqihar are progressing smoothly, which is inseparable from the concern and strong support of the city and county leaders for the project.
Qiqihar’s Mayor Wang Gang expressed his hope that ORG Technology Co., Ltd. will actively plan for park planning, industrial layout, brand building, talent and technical reserves, and continue to expand its investment in Qiqihar. Qiqihar will work with enterprises to achieve common development in technological innovation, product innovation, business philosophy innovation in this region.

The cooperation between ORG and Qiqihar City can be traced back to 7 years ago. In 2014, ORG (Gannan) Packaging Co., Ltd. invested in the construction of a can production line and hence formed a solid strategic partnership with Feihe Dairy. In the long-term exploration, ORG has formed a “factory-in-factory” model in the cooperation with Feihe Milk Powder that can not only reduce the operating costs of both parties, but also serve customers with high-quality, in-depth, and seamless connections. This has helped Feihe grow into the No. 1 brand in China’s infant milk powder market.
