On February 23, the talent review and mobilization meeting of ORG Technology Co., Ltd. in Hubei Province was held at ORG Xianning Intelligent Manufacturing Center. Chen Zhongge, Vice President and General Manager of the Three Piece Can Business Unit, Ma Binyun, Vice President and General Manager of the Two Piece Can Business Unit, Chen Ying, General Manager of the Personnel Administration Management Center, Yu Tao, Vice General Manager of the Two Piece Can Business Unit, He Wei, Vice General Manager of the Filling Business Unit, Yu Xianchao, General Manager of Hubei Packaging, and Mo Ping, Technical Director of the Filling Business Unit, attended the meeting, with over 60 middle-level cadres and business backbones from the Xianning Production Base. On February 21-24, the Human Resources Department of the company developed a feasible backup talent cultivation plan for relevant factories through offline interview and evaluation of the management and key personnel of the Xianning production base, together with the Business Department. On the one hand, this activity promotes corporate culture within the company and strengthens talent selection standards and talent cultivation concepts. On the other hand, it encourages all management teams to have an opportunity to conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions on talent echelon construction, helping to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.

At the meeting, Chen Ying, General Manager of the Personnel and Administrative Management Center, introduced the enterprise spirit of ORG, the ranks of ORG reserve cadres, and talent selection standards, namely, “five basic conditions, three qualities, three abilities, and three potentials.” It was mentioned that the innovative packaging and beverage filling production of Xianning Factory is the forefront direction of ORG's comprehensive packaging business. This time, I came to Xianning and felt the loyalty and dedication of colleagues from all business departments of the factory to take the company as their home. It is hoped that everyone will continue to strive with a positive and optimistic attitude. At the same time, it is emphasized that every middle-level cadre is the mainstay of the company, and it is necessary to focus on how to develop oneself and actively cultivate team reserve forces, build a talent driven organization with “excellent structure, reasonable quantity, and scientific mechanism”, and ensure the long-term development of the enterprise.
