To inherit the corporate culture of ORG, build a learning organization, refine the cadre talent team, and discover potential backup backbone talents, the first management case sharing conference of ORG Group was warmly held at the Beijing headquarters on the afternoon of March 16, 2023. The Human Resources Department of the group conducted a management/project case collection activity for all units of the group, selecting representative cases from submissions from various business departments, and taking the lead in conducting case sharing activities from the headquarters area. More than 40 senior executives from the group headquarters, middle-level cadres from various departments, and business backbones attended the conference.
Eleven middle-level cadres and business backbones from the business department selected the most representative personal experience and wisdom in practical work that are worth promoting and learning within the organization. They presented a vivid and complete report to everyone in the form of case studies, covering six major themes: research and development innovation, marketing, supply chain management, continuous improvement, human resource management, and financial management. After careful preparation in the early stages, the report was presented to colleagues who exceeded expectations.
Chen Yufei, Senior Vice President and R&D Director of the Group, Chen Ying, General Manager of the Group's Personnel and Administrative Management Center, Ma Zhimin, Deputy General Manager of the Marketing Department of the Milk Powder Can Business Unit, and Qi Bin, General Manager of the Beijing Factory, attended the conference. The attending leaders listened to the report throughout the entire process and gave encouragement and affirmation to each participant one by one. They also provide relevant suggestions on case studies or work issues, inspiring everyone to think and resonate with the company’s strategic direction. On the basis of the case study, senior executives had a deep exchange and sharing with everyone on ORG’s core competitiveness, continuous improvement, cost reduction and efficiency increase, management thinking, self-growth, and other aspects from the perspectives of production, supply, and sales.
Everyone attending the meeting expressed that the case conference not only promoted their own summary and reflection, but also enhanced their understanding of cross departmental functions and work. They were also fortunate to hear the guidance of senior executives, deeply inspired, and further clarified the direction of their work improvement, thus growing together with the company.
