The collaborative creation, Abalone with Black Truffle Canned Rice, a ready-to-eat culinary masterpiece by ORG, Dadong, and Dazhou Xinyan, was unveiled at the Prince’s Mansion Banquet (Junwangfu Jiyan) in Beijing.

Launched on January 12th, Prince’s Mansion Banquet is Dadong's latest restaurant brand, epitomizing the fusion of traditional essence and innovative progress. The debut of this dish at such a prestigious venue not only highlights the distinct taste and artistic dedication of the three collaborating partners but also symbolizes the merging of culinary heritage and contemporary artistry.

To maintain the fresh taste of pre-steamed rice for up to 12 months, Yuanben Shanliang, a subsidiary of ORG, selects rice from the primary production region situated at 42 degrees north latitude in the Liao River basin. It utilizes South Korean ultra-high-temperature rejuvenation technology to achieve this prolonged preservation.
