Bridging Theory and Practice: A Commitment to Excellence in Innovation

ORG, as a leading manufacturing enterprise, has consistently prioritized its core values, adopting an innovative production model that is keenly focused on green and sustainable development.

Integral to this practice is the encouragement ORG extends to all its employees, urging them to seamlessly integrate sustainable development ideals into their day-to-day operations and decision-making processes. This ethos is central to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation and advancing new quality productive forces throughout the organization.

The "Continuous Improvement Cup", initiated in 2022 and now marking its second year, is a testament to the company's commitment to these values. Spearheaded by the Quality Management Center and supported by the quality management teams across various business divisions, this initiative has seen active engagement from subsidiary companies.

Since its inception, the "Continuous Improvement Cup" has become a cornerstone of ORG’s strategy to foster sustained and substantial enhancements in production management. This initiative has played a pivotal role in engaging frontline employees, empowering them to take an active role in the continuous improvement process.

By encouraging staff to pinpoint and address work-related challenges, the project has sparked a wave of innovation, crafting remarkable success stories from everyday roles. The awards associated with the "Continuous Improvement Cup" serve not just as accolades for exceptional employees and teams but also as a catalyst for the entire company to pursue excellence. This recognition underscores the significant achievements of individuals and groups who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to their work, driving ORG towards its goal of harmonizing knowledge with action and moving closer to the ideal of perfection.

The current focus of the award evolves in tandem with the ongoing enhancement of ORG's development strategy. In 2022, the focus was on initiatives that achieved cost reduction and efficiency improvement. By 2023, while these areas remained important, there was a deliberate shift to also emphasize the significance of risk assessment and the cultivation of an improvement-driven atmosphere.
