ORG Technology Co., Ltd. and SVOLT Energy Technology Co., Ltd. marked a significant milestone on October 28 with an investment signing ceremony in Jingdezhen High-tech Zone, Jiangxi Province. The agreement establishes a new manufacturing facility for energy battery structural components, representing ORG's strategic expansion in the new energy battery sector.
The ceremony drew key figures from all participating organizations. ORG was represented by Vice Chairman Zhou Yuan and Vice President and Board Secretary Gao Shujun. Local government officials included Luo Wenjun, Deputy Mayor of Jingdezhen City and Party Working Committee Secretary of the High-tech Zone, along with Cai Min, Party Committee Member and Management Committee Deputy Director, and Tao Xingwang, Investment Promotion Bureau Director. SVOLT Energy's delegation was led by Senior Vice President and SVOLT Capital Partner Quan Suhan. Also present were Huang Zhen, Chairman of Kubode New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Tang Tian, Partner at Lingxuan Capital.
The joint venture between ORG and Kubode will specialize in manufacturing precision structural components for power and energy storage batteries, including covers and casings. This facility aims to provide comprehensive solutions for new energy battery manufacturers through a one-stop service model.
As ORG's new division, the new energy business focuses on four core areas: design, development, manufacturing, and marketing of precision components for the new energy industry. The company has leveraged its advanced technology, superior production capabilities, and efficient R&D systems to build lasting strategic partnerships across the sector.
The company's product portfolio encompasses a comprehensive range of precision components, from rectangular covers and aluminum shells to cylindrical battery covers, circular steel shells, and various supporting components. ORG has developed several breakthrough technologies, such as mountain-shaped battery covers, integrated explosion-proof circular steel shells, and film-coated battery casings.
The company's commitment to innovation is evidenced by its robust intellectual property portfolio, with 22 patent applications filed with the National Intellectual Property Office. Of these, 17 have been authorized across utility models, inventions, and software copyrights, with 14 certificates already secured. This partnership between ORG and SVOLT Energy represents a significant step forward in the new energy sector, with both companies committed to advancing the Jingdezhen battery structural components project.
