“You and Me on the Forefront of Sales” training for salesperson of ORG (the first course) held successfully

From September 7 to September 8, 2019, the “You and Me on the Forefront of Sales” training for salesperson of ORG (the first course) was held in Xianning base, Hubei Province. This training is an important measure to help the company achieve the strategic goal of "comprehensive packaging solution provider".

There are 8 lectures, 3 seminars and 2 interactive games. During the training, the "group points" system is adopted, so that every trainee has the opportunity to express opinions and interact on site on behalf of the group. The trainees of each group are from different business departments, aiming to promote cooperation and integration between teams, and stimulate everyone's enthusiasm for learning.

In just two days, the group's three major departments, innovative product department and all front-line sales personnel from the subsidiary companies gathered together to carry out a series of training contents such as learning, discussion, interaction and exchange. Chen Yufei, Chen Zhongge, Ma binyun, Chen Ying and other group executives participated in the whole training, thinking and interacting with the trainees. Zhou Yuan, vice chairman of the board of directors, and Shen Tao, President of the board of directors, also came to the scene and delivered a keynote speech. After elaborating the company's strategy as an integrated packaging solution provider, they also put forward specific requirements and clear guidance for the sales thinking of the sales personnel under the current situation, so as to further open up their horizons and clear directions.

On the first day of the training, Shen Tao, President of the group, used vivid metaphor and funny language in his speech to vividly interpret the new requirements, responsibilities and missions the company has put forward for the front-line sales personnel under the current situation from various angles such as industry development, competition pattern, company strategy and sales strategy, so as to give every sales personnel present confidence in their own abilities.

At the end of the training, vice president Zhou gave a special lecture on "the value of marketing". From the research on the position of FMCG in consumers' minds in the era of consumption upgrading, to the analysis of the company value of Volkswagen and Tesla, and to the discussion of the application value of big data, vice president Zhou infected and inspired every student in this room through the comparison of different classic cases and the deep research topics.

Finally, the first group won the championship with the best results, the fourth group and the sixth group won the second prize and the third prize respectively. The achievements are the results of students' full devotion and full consideration. Through the training, we express our opinions and learn from each other, and contribute our wisdom to the company's sales business. The trainees said that this training is very important.
