On December 13, 2018, ORG issued an announcement announcing the signing of an equity acquisition agreement and related subsidiary agreements with Ball Asia Pacific. It is expected that the company’s annual sales of two-piece cans will reach 10 billion cans through the acquisition.

On October 31, 2018, ORG was listed on the “Notice on the List of the Third Batch of High-tech Enterprises to be Accredited in Beijing in 2018” issued by the Office of the National High-tech Enterprise Certification Management Leading Group.
In October 2018, at the “2018 Press Conference for the Top 100 Private Enterprises in Beijing” jointly organized by the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Huairou District Government, ORG was included in the Top 100 Glory List.

On October 10, 2018, at the awarding ceremony of the “Cans of the Year 2018” at the 2018 Global Can Manufacturing Summit hosted by “The Canmaker” magazine, ORG designed and developed two differentiated and innovative metal cans: China Zun Cans won the “Gold Award for Three-piece Beverage Can”, and the third generation of bowls and pots won the “Bronze Award in the Prototype Can”. This also proves that ORG is constantly improving its product design and research and development capabilities, and it is always at the forefront of the industry.

On September 12, 2018, at the 15th China Scientist Forum, ORG won the “Discovery · 2018 China Science and Technology Innovation Invention Outstanding Achievement Award”. ORG’s senior Vice President Chen Yufei won the “13th Five-Year Award for Outstanding People in China’s Science and Technology Innovation”.

On August 23, 2018, the press conference for the establishment of the Kunlun Red Star ORG ice team and the launch of the Silk Road League was held at the Olympic Ice Center. Zhou Yunjie, Chairman of ORG Technology Co., Ltd. announced the official establishment of the team and announced that he will participate in the 2018/19 Silk Road League.

On April 18, 2018, the results of the “Sign Award” sponsored by the FBIF Food and Beverage Innovation Forum Organizing Committee were released. ORG won two awards: “Sign Expression Award” and “Sign Function Award”.
